Incredibly simple question

I have a v. simple question

how do you make IE open into a full windows each time.

whenever i open a new IE window, its a small and i have to resize it each time to a decent size - how can i get it to save ?

Find IE Shortcut > Right Click > Properties > Run > Maximized.
