Ie Random Closes

I have a VERY annoying problem, I will be browsing the net and then out of no where IE will close when i go to a cetain site (ex. tvguide.com) i reopen IE and i still cant go to the site where it closed last time. If anyboby knows anything about this topic please POST!

Scan for spyware/virus etc
and get a new browser (check links in my sig)
