IE problem

I have a Dell 8300 with Windows XP w/ser pk 3. I was running IE 7 as my default page and downloaded IE8 and didn't like it because it was through Yahoo so I did a restore and lost both and now can't get either to download. What can I do? Please help.

Download page for IE7. Download it onto the computer you're using right now. Put it on a flash drive or burn it to a CD, and then run it on the other computer.

i had the same problem go here and download the uninstaller from microsoft and it will revert back to you previuos ie. How do I uninstall or remove Internet Explorer 8?
