IE/firefox problems

i have been having this problem lately where my IE(i tried firefox too) doesn't work and everytime i want to use it i have to go to
control panel>network connections>local area connection
and always right click and have to repair it to have the explorer work
whats going on?
i stopped having to do it like on last thursday till today it started acting up again
what could be the problem

Hey I have the problem with my IE but Firefox works fine with me. Wierd problem.
