IE adress bar help

i would like to know if there is anyway to delete the url list in IE. i don't type very well and i misspell alot of URL's. IE does the auto complete thing in the address bar, and i was wondering if i could turn that off or delete the URL's. its really annoying that whenever i want to go to a website that it auto completes an incorrect/misspelled URL and i go to the wrong site.

Click Tools--> Internet Options--> Clear History--> OK.

While you are there, go ahead and click Delete Cookies--> OK. Then click Delete Files--> check Delete all offline content--> OK.

Open My Computer--> C: drive--> Documents and settings--> choose your profile--> search for tempoary internet files and make sure that they are gone, and search for History and make sure it is gone, and search for Cookies and make sure they are gone. If any of these are left, click Edit--> Select All--> hit Delete.

You should do all of these often, as most adware, spyware, and viruses take up residence in your tempory internet files... at least to start with.
