I work for a University, and we're trying to institute an automated question-answer system on our website. Ideally, a user comes in, types a question in the query field and when they submit it, it pulls the answer from a self created database. There are a couple of companies out that offer a service like it (such as Intelliresponse, and Right Now Web Self Service.
