I am getting logged out

I have this problem with many sites, including tech - forums.

I login to tech forums, it says welcome and thank you for logging but i am not logged in.

If i have to post i go to the reply/post new topic button and then am redirected to login page. I need to login on an average 5-7 times before i get to post once. The same problem is there on both IE and Firefox. I am logged out as soon as i post. This is not happening at all sites. It happens to me 2 more site (as far as i know).

Please help me as this is really creating problems as one of the sites is my hosting Control panel.

I dont think i have a virus/spyware coz i formatted my PC two days back (complete format, with removal of partitions etc and a fresh install).

Not sure if this is it, but do you have cookies enabled?

My cookies are enabled. I am not getting this problem at all sites.

delete all your cookies and then let it put a new one on there.

might want to clear your cache too while you're at it..
