how to create an alert

There's a coaching website which seems to have special offers on its coaching packages once in a blue moon. I'd like to know if there's a way to create a google alert that would somehow catch the next time there's a special and let me know?

Do they have a newsletter or anything like that? That'd be the easiest way to get alerts and such.
