Has anyone faced the same problem as I have with hotmail?

I use either Outlook Express, Netscape 7.2 or Incredimail Xe to collect e-mails. Recently found that I got a message "forbidden" when accessing Hotmail. The went to Msn.com/e-mail and found that I had to complete a scrambled numbers/letters picture before I cound sign in, then all was OK. But I have to do this each time I boot-up and it is annoying. Aso the url for accessing Hotmail becomes infernally long and I believe hotmail has become involved with "MrPostman" which is the root cause of this problem. Found this because the url starts with http://by101fd.bay101.hotmail.msn.com/ etc

I have sent several e-mials to msn.com and to msn.co.uk to try to get this matter resolved so that only one signing in is required.

You will have to sign in again when you reboot your pc or get off the net. Are you using Outlook with MSN Hotmail? Not sure why you have to do the scrambled letters deal...

The above is the access url to Hotmail - unbelievable! It arises (after much research) from the use of MrPostman from SourceForge.net. I have been using Incredimail Xe for many years with no problems. Now, I find that I get a message "forbidden" when sending a Hotmail e-mail. Then back to msn.com/hotmail where a request to copy a scambled picture is made before I can sign in. Then sending from Incredimail works, but only once, before I have to go through the wole procedure again I have also tried Outlook Express and Netscape 7.2 to gather up e-mails with precisely the same result.

Thanks,

At present I have got msn to admit there is a problem and they claim to be able to resolve it. Wait and see for a couple of days is probably best option.

I will examine Google Mail - thanks.
