Home Page keep changing

I have winxp with latest IE, every time I open my browser my home page is change to other web site, and when I try to change my home page back but after rebooting the computer my home page is change change again. I has use many newest Spyware software and virus scanner and they all said I have no infest to any virus and no Adware in my computer. But I think there must be a software running behinde the screen, can anyone help me with that ?

Thank you for the replay and I try to use the software u tell me, my computer is running fine now and the home page is back to what it was.
