Help!!!!

Can anyone please help me!!! my internet keeps disconnecting and i dont know what is causing this!!! Im using nortan connection keep alive, and it still does it. any help on how to solve this problem? thanks

1. check cables.
2. check network card - make sure it's not bad
3. check cable modem/dsl modem
4. call your isp once you've made sure int's not a DHCP issue on your network, a hardware issue on your pc ect.

It's possible your router/modem is dropping the ip address. Mine has done this before. Its might need to be reset. Go to Start, Run, type CMD. Type ipconfig /release, wait a second, then type ipconfig /renew Turn your modem/router off, reboot your pc, then reset your modem/router by pressing the reset button on the back for 10 seconds. Your modem/Router could be bad, or going bad.
