Uh, "Snipping Tool Lite"...? You don't need to download any additional software. Snipping Tool is built into Windows. See here: http://www.techist.com/forums/f128/screenshot-tutorial-239107/

Under 'Process 2 - Snipping Tool in Action". You open the utility, select your screenshot mode, take your screenshot, click the Save icon, choose where to save it to, and done. Then you upload it from wherever you saved it to.

If you're just using the Print Screen button..it doesn't save the screenshot. It just puts it on the clipboard, so you'd have to open something like MS Paint, paste it, and save it. But this isn't needed with Snipping Tool.
