Google Opens With German Sites

I am located in Iraq and when I search for something in Google, it automatically returns with the European Sites. Though this makes sense because my satellite company goes through a European provider, is it possible to make Google open with dot com sites instead of the European ones? Changing the language setting has no effect on what sites it pulls up.

Go to

Tools > Internet Options > General > Languages

When here remove all the languages supported even english and then add english back again.

Your browser settings are read by websites you visit so that they can display the website in the language you have chosen if they support it.

You should remove all languages first and then add your choice back. Computers can be funny sometimes, doing this just makes it clear to your browser what you want!

This is all I can think of, you could try e-mailing Google, must be really annoying.
