forum doesn't refresh

i post regularly on sounddomain.com and when ever i go back to a post i just posted in i have to ctrl+f5 to see my new post. is there anyway to make my browser (Firefox) refresh the page so i don't have to?

Empty your cache.

yes, empty your cache, also, change the settings in firefox, so that some sites don't cache so severly!
