firefox problem

hey guys

currently updating my nan's pc and theres a problem with the firefox where there is a gray box at the bottom above the tool bar and below the main firefox window

any one know how i fix this

Hello,

Looks like that is caused by some kind of extension. What extensions do you have on there? Try disabling all of them and see if it goes away. If so enable them one by one to see which extension caused the issue.

If it isnt a extension then a full removal and reinstall might help.

seem's logical

there is a program i installed called demon wear so i could open a few files and it installed some search thing on the browser

now the program isn't that good but i can't find a unistall for it, any chance you know how to get rid

Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Uninstall, Remove Programs, Solve uninstall problems

It should get it. You can set it to scan for any entries the program made in the registry, too. And it is free.
