Fire fox trouble

Below is a window which pops up and can not be closed. It seems to be something with firefox but can not seen to figure it out.

Install the newest Firefox Browser, Make sure windows is up to date.

Download, Install, Update and enable all protection for a program called spywareblaster.

I over looked that, I thought firefox update automatic. So far it fixed the nag

Firefox will once they put it on the auto update servers. Then it will nly check teh update server once a week or month depending on your settings. Sometimes you have to force it to check for pdates to get it to install them.
