Email question

I have this thing that emails me with people that give away free stuff local to me. Once in awhile there are computer parts or related, and the first person to email the the sender of the "offer" gets it.

The Question
So was wondering if my email can filter the emails for the word "computer" and reply saying that i would liuke it, or a similar message.
