I have been recieving e Mails of friends but one in particular comes through as spam. i can access them and delete them but any body know why this might be happening.

why? because it meets the criteria of a filter.
what you should be able to do is add the address to a safe sender list or exclusion list. this will have the filters ignore any emails from that address.
