My internet connection says 2megabits per second.

How long to download a 408 megabyte file?

2 megabits per second?
using Google to change megabits to megabyte is: 2 Mb = 0.25 MB
0.25 * 60 = 15 MegaBytes per minute.

408 / 15 = 27.2 minutes

Assuming that you have a constant 2 Mb speed during download.

someone correct me if I am wrong ^_^

It will take roughly a half an hour like XGC said. Since you will not get the constant speed that your ISP says you will it will vary during the download causing it to go longer than the speed stated said.
