Download manager help.

i need a free download manager which can pause and resume downloads at my convenience without loss of data.

does anyone have any idea?

i have used IDM for a month.

Okay, as the resident Security Team Leader, I have to tell you, avoid FlashGet But the other two are okay. However many sites and computers do not like download managers. Liz

I havent had any problems with FreshDownload which is free.
