Cookies in IE Explorer 6.0

I am haveing a difficult time keeping the cookie settings to stay. I have them set to allow cookie sessions always. But, everytime I close the browser and reopen, it asks me with a pop up if I want to allow or clock cookies. I click on more info and it says the cookies are set for until session expires. Any idea why it keeps changing back to not allowing cookies unless I okay it?
I use WXP.

I dont udnerstand, where am I trying to keep the cookies. I am just trying to keep the IE Explorer from asking me to allow cookies evertime I open the browser.
