Source Mozilla Firefox 3.0.11 Released
The Mozilla team has released version 3.0.11 of the Firefox web browser. The release is currently distributed to all mirror sites but can already be downloaded from various download portals like Betanews or MajorGeeks. The update seems to be a security and stability update if the beta release notes can be trusted. Users are therefor encouraged to update the web browser as soon as possible to fix the security and stability issues that have been encountered in Firefox 3.0.10.

Of the two, Mozilla plugged the most security holes. The company fixed 11 vulnerabilities in a June 11 update to Firefox. More than half of the bugs were labeled as "critical."
