One of my staff is having issues printing any files from the Chrome browser (from Drive, Gmail, etc.) She selects the print icon or selects print from the menu and the Print screen comes up as normal, but instead of a preview, it shows "The selected printer is not available or not installed correctly. Check your printer or try selecting another printer." and below this is a button saying "Print using system dialog..." Neither this button nor the "Print using system dialog..." link work. She has no problem printing from other programs.
I've posted this on the Google Chrome forum, but no one is biting. Anyone know about this issue or know of an active forum I can post to?
