can't post new threads on another forum

hi
is there anyone who can help me figure out why my partner can't post a new thread on a forum she has used plenty of times before? i did recently reformat my pc, so im guessing that could be playing a role, im also running zonealarm which i have never previously done before. i've tried turning off this as well as avg, and playing with some settings within my internet options but i cant figure it out. maybe it's the forum and not me afterall???

Does she remember her username/password?

I'm assuming she just left the webpage open all the time and never bothered to remember her username?

no she's definately logged in. ive been able to post on other forums so i guess either one of my settings isn't right for that particular site, or there is something funny going on with that site.

she got in touch with a mod and apparently there's a lot of people who have been experiencing the same issue - so it looks like it's the site after all.
