Cannot access secure sites

Hi there

Hope someone has had the same problem as me.

Basically, i cannot access secure sites. I have taken every route i can think of and am still stuck, my Hijacklogs are clear and my AV and AS are all ok. It's got me totally stumped.
I have seen this once before but that was with a problematic Norton uninstallation that dragged half the windows files with it.
Any help gladly appreciated.

Hi there

It is in both unfortunately, and yes i have defaulted all my internet settings, cleared my ssl cache and cleaned all temps. It is problematic no matter what I run (with av or without). I have even ran a second stage xp repair incase something got knocked out.

ok something is wrong.

From what you describe, it should work perfectly.
You don't have any FW/AV apps running.
You have defaulted your browsers...


Can you post a HTJ log for me? I just want to see what you have running in the background.
