For many years I have used BT-Yahoo browser which was excellent. I canot find a download on the web and I am using Yahoo page but it is not downloadable

I get the impression that I can get their browser if I join BT's 8 MB/sec download (currently use Bulldog 16 MB/sec)

As an alternaive, of course, IE6 is OK, but IE7 (which appears in Vista RC1) creates software incompatibilites, eg anti virus programs.

I also use Netscape 8.1 - its OK but there is no UK version yet.

Tried Mozilla, Firefox and Opera - all rather disappointing.

Any ideas?

Firefox is the best browser.

Try out the newest RC2 version.

Sounds like your BT-Yahoo browser was a customized version of IE.

If you want to stay with IE, I suggest looking into Avant or PhazeOut. Both should be available on majorgeeks.com under Browsers.
