Best Free Registry Cleaner

I'm looking for the best free registry cleaner that is know of. Any suggestions?

I use a program called reg vac. It's not that user friendly so I wouldn't recommend it if you don't know precisely what you're doing. You can find it at Download.com. Just type in reg vac in the search box.

Fix-It Utilities!!! very good program, but it includes much more than reg-cleaner

i'm not sure its free though
