How can I stop certain sites from IDing me when I visit said site? I have removed (I think) the cookies the site set and still when I visit it the site knows who I am. Thanks for the help.

Unless they're running a database-drive page that's looking at yer IP, or they're using some ActiveX control, they shouldn't be. Make sure you've really wiped out all the cookies.

I have double checked the cookies and I'm confident they are gone. Is there no way to block the site from seeing my IP? Anything else?

Try a different browser. If it still figures who you are then try using a proxy.

What is the address of the site?

I use ProxyWeb with Firefox and it works great for me. I don't use it much except for when I want to get around IP bans. :)
