The avatars arn't animated :(

hey guys, how come arnt the avatars animated? they were on my other computer....trotter told me to check firewall settings...well i made sure opera, ie, and aol had full permisions to do as they plesed....but no animations

On your firewall, make sure your Internet Security Zone and Trusted Zone Security levels are set at Medium or lower.

Also, make sure that the Ad Blocking setting is set to Off.

im useing opera for my web browser, and zone a for my security.......but i cant find any adblocking -it makes me feel noobish

I think my firewall is a version of ZoneAlarm Pro.

Go through all your settings (firewall and browser) and make sure that neither is blocking anything (besides pop-ups).

When this happened to me, it was because my firewall had updated, and it had changed the settings on me.

grrrr i tried turning my firewall off, and allowed pops in opera...do i hafta change somfin in Internet explorer?

You shouldn't. Animations didn't work in FF, IE, or Opera when it did it to me.

It was just the firewall.
