AOL(GOL) user profiles

i was wondering if there is still a way for non aol members to view aol member profiles. i know that there used to be but i don't remember what it was. i cancelled my aol a while back when i switched to cable(finially), so now i can't read my friends(who are still stuck w/ aol) profiles. it ticks me off bc we've always had a longstanding tradition of having funny inside jokes on our profiles, but now i can't do that...

I use AIM, but can not see profiles of others using AOL. There may be an add-on for it, but I don't know about it.
