I figured this out a while ago, but now can't get it back. The regular AIM link is like this: aim:goim?screenname=BobbyJoe
I'm trying to make a link like this to go to a cell phone (+12345678900). This requires a + in the link, but the + stands for a space. I need a code (such as %22, or A1, or C8) to put in place of that space so it works. I KNOW this is possible because i have done it before and works great.
