Trying to chat with Grandpa on tinychat but Adobe Flash keeps crashing whenever I try to broadcast. We go to a room, I click on "Start Broadcasting" and select my webcam, then I click "Webcam Only" and then "Finish". It hangs for a moment and then crashes with the message "Adobe flash plugin has crashed, reload this page to try again." (I've also tried to do mic and webcam rather than "webcam only" and it still crashes. For the record I am using Windows Vista (32-bit). The results are the same whether in IE or Firefox.
I've done all of these things:
-Used the official Adobe uninstaller to uninstall flash player
-Reinstalled with the latest version
-Updated to the latest version of Firefox
-Ran a registry cleaner (RegCure, I ran it four times to be sure) and fixed the errors that were found
-Ran Windows update and HP update to check for available updates
-Went to device manager and check for updates for video and sound drivers
-Restarted the computer
And yet it still crashes everytime. Anyone have any other ideas?
