Yes because they are those areas just renamed. It was never decided to move that stuff. Cause we dont have a News section anymore at all so it would be defunk and have to be deleted. I will look at it later. But i am not making promises that it will be moved at all.

The reps are on the Settings link. It's right under the Infractions bar. At least what I see.

Yeah, took me ages to find that one initially.

The Rep system might be getting turned off or highly monitored. There is no option in vB4 now to disable it for a specific forum. I have edited the Avatar group though so that only Admins can see it.
