Topic topic, where art thou topic?

I just made a new topic in the upgrades section with a poll, however it seemed not to show up.
Is there a bug with making topics with polls of some kind?

Using Google chrome 64 bit on linux if that helps

It was under moderation since you're a user with low post count and there were links in it. It's what we use to combat spam posts.

I've approved it, so it should show up now.

Just checking as never know if its a browser issue, server hiccup or something of that sort.
