Techist site down?

Site was down for awhile just now? cloudflare provided a snapshot of the site so users could still view it?

Did anyone else notice?

Happens a couple times a week; I'm guessing it's due to the "too many MySQL connections" that we get; but instead of timing out/throwing an error, it redirects to CloudFlare.
