There was on i fixed before that has lead trotter to turn of HTML in all sigs except for the mod an admin teams.

Most likely because you just reached 40 posts. You can only have text in your signature until 40.

actually, your newer rules are (if i read correctly)

cant have any signature until 40 posts.
can only have text in your signature until 100 post after the first 40.

No signature until 40 posts. Once you hit 40, sigs are allowed and can use all BBCode except HTML, with a character limit of 1200 (600 excluding BBCode). That should allow images as long as they are within the size limit of 468 x 120.
