I'm trying to develop an install program with installshield. My problem is that I need to install and setup special network protocols for my program. I also need to have several variables to select from for the program. i.e. username, password, windows version, modem?etc. I think I could achieve these by searching the registry for values. Any good advice? Maybe I should be taking an entirely different approach...
