I only tell you because they are good.

In fact, I have only seen a single negative rep thus far. One didn't count as the system wasn't working properly, but it had no impact.

The gray was given by someone who has no rep, which is everyone I have not given the initial ten points to. I got a few of those, too. I am still adding the ten to those I see without it, but we have over forty thousand members.
