What is this "quiz score" behind user name that tells it's coming soon?

we will have quizes that members take, however, unlike post count, it does not add 1 everytime you take a quiz or answer a question.

We are implementing a calculation that takes into consideration....
quizes, questions answered right/wrong, and quiz/question level.
