From all I can gather, I should be able to have a signature.. however it is telling me I am not permitted.. wondering if someone could shed some light on this for me?

I see your signature in your post right now. It becomes active at 40 posts and should show up after that. Since this was your 41 post it should show up in every post now.

Yeah I see that there now.. wasn't there the other day.. wonder if maybe sometimes it isn't quite so instant.. sorry guys!

It might not show up on your previous posts before the signature went active. That could be why you didnt see it.
