Default Links vs normal text

Example:
Python Programming Language

As it is, it's a little hard to tell what are links and what aren't.. meaning people can pretty easily miss links

make links more pronounced

Also noted there. I already checked the ACP and the CSS. They are both the same and yet it still doesnt work. When these changes come about is when we will see the links start working again.
