Default forum time is wrong

I have set my time on the forum to AEST which is GMT +10.00 hours. Well on the posts the time is completely wrong. It's like 7 hours behind. Im posting this at 5pm on Dec 16 and it will show 10am on Dec 16. Whats wrong?

Same here. You will have to change it by 7 hours, that's what I did.
