This slows me down, and probably other visitors, too. It keeps hanging at dce.nextstat.com for a few seconds when loading any page @ techist.com.
Can it be removed/replaced?

The admins use it to monater their boards it would be nice to have it removed for speed but the staff would lose how many people visit the site and what. They need that info don't they?

Yes, I figured that, that's why I mentioned "replace it".
I think I'll just put that URL in my Opera's filter.ini so it won't bother me anymore. (just thought of this as a solution).
