What is the difference between a mod and a super mod? Does that give you extra privaledges, or just a different title and banner under your avatar?

A Mod has assigned areas that they take care of. They can only do tasks in those areas. Like move posts, close threads, edit posts if needed. A Super Mod can do that in every forum. They dont have to be assigned the forum to be able to accomplish the tasks in that forum.
