urgent website building question

hi
im trying to put a website together.

i dont know how to use html

im using yahoo geocities

i originaly built it on word but any pictures i put on it dont show up on the web

i also transfered it to microsoft publiser but still the same problem

i have uploaded the index file as well as the picture files but tey dont show up i just get an x

To build a basic web site, you could use a html editor program which has the tags for things such as images, links, and forms. One program that I use is htmlgate free from http://www.mpsoftware.dk/htmlgate.php

you cant jsut copy and past pics in html and web site you ned to save it to a directory first
