Time Warner Automatically Crediting Customers Affected By Hurricane Sandy

Time Warner Cable announced it will automatically credit New York City customers affected by hurricane Sandy. Time Warner Cable will credit both local residential and commercial customers whose services were interrupted by the storm.

I wish my ISP would credit me for down time cause of the storm. I think all ISP's even the small ones should give credit.

This is a nice gesture from Time Warner but I don't think that providers giving credit is necessary unless the customer has a SLA or the provider was negligent in some way.
