hosting FTP site

im creaitng a .com website, and i have choosen to use WS_FTP as my ftp client. I started to use http://free.hostdepartment.com for a free host, but there ended up being a toolbar at the bottom of my page for advertisement. anybody know some good ftp hosts that have no banners/ads?. im going to use the host's subdomain and then use www.1and1.com to buy a domain and target the page.
