FTP problems

Yesterday I started experiencing a problem with my FTP. Nothing uploads as the rate is very SLOW (.02KB/S). I'm using WS_FTP and I usually get 50-60 KB/S. It has gotten so bad that I can't even upload 90KB files. This happened once before, but the problem just kind of went away by itself.

I can connect fine and delete files, but uploading is where the problem is. Running XP with SP2 with ZoneAlarm.

I think it may be the server's problem that causes the slow uploading. Try waiting a few days until the server recovers, or contact your server and ask them if there are any problems.

FTP works fine from another computer though. Sorry, shouldve mentioned that.
