Free Hosting with MySQL

I am looking for a free hosting site where I can upload phpBB files to practice before I purchase my host. Does anyone know of a free host where I can upload folders? The phpBB3 folder has a lot of separate files and folders in it.

Just look for one with File Transfer Protocol FTP (for short). There are many hosts that have it. I would also have one with a reasonable plan don't go for an unlimmited free host as there is no such thing as unlimmited and they are lying to you.

I use 000webhost, which is ad-free, contains MySQL and PHP support, and is a very good free host. They offer paid hosting as well, which offers more space, bandwidth and is more reliable. Although the free account comes with plenty of bandwidth and space, which is great unless you're going to be streaming lots of video. Highly recommended.

000webhost is great for testing stuff. Setup is pretty quick, too.
