Email hosting?

What is email web hosting about? I have seen sibername.com offers that and just want to make sure if I'm right? Lets I have domain name and no web site, so I can have emails at them using sibername or what?

Look at hostmonster.com. That is the company I'm with right now. It's $160 USD (came out to $176 CAD when I bought it) for 2 years. That's with site hosting abilities and it's still cheaper than the host you are looking at.

Unlimited e-mail accounts and 1600GB of storage and 16000GB of bandwidth per month. The server maybe goes down for 5 minutes a month.
